July 4th to July 29th The Backyard Stories Opening Saturday, July 4th, 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with Claudette Pelletier-Hannah and Cathy Friesen, opening with Lynn Lecorre The Backyard Stories was born of a love of flowers and vegetation. The exhibition highlights private places and spaces, namely backyards. The yards have stories, as do their owners, illustrating the personalities and creativity of the gardeners who build them. The diversity of the landscapes and the resulting paintings in the show demonstrate the need we all have to express ourselves in some way.
