ARTWALK Applications 2027- Opens September 15 2026
The NOA 30th Anniversary is March 12-14 2027 in Bonnie Doon centre- artist applications will open September 15th 2026 and all submissions will be subjected to a jury process.

All items sold must be created by the vendor applying!
VENDOR SPACE
We only provide floor space.
Display area size: 6’ deep x 10 ‘wide
All displays must be clean, professional and no handwritten signage larger than 4”x 4” will be permitted.
-All vendors will handle all their own sales and must be set up on time and be present for all hours of the event or will be subject to removal with no refund.
-Liability insurance will be included however theft or damage is at the artists own risk.
SET UP TIMES: Saturday morning 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
MARKET HOURS: 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
TAKE DOWN: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

APPLY FOR GALLERY DISPLAY SPACE & OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
Night of Artists Gallery not only provides opportunities for artists within our gallery and gift shop, but also has outreach opportunities throughout the community through partner venues, festivals, exhibitions, and special events.
The most important thing is simply getting yourself into the queue for opportunities.
Opportunities may include gallery display space, exhibits at the Royal Glenora Club, art markets, festivals, and other special projects that arise throughout the year when an artist’s work or skill set fits a specific niche or event.
If looking for GALLERY DISPLAY SPACE- NOA Gallery offers original art display space on a 3-month basis for selected artists. All artwork is juried prior to acceptance. Display spaces in the gallery include approximately a 6-foot high x 10-foot wide display area. Cost is $150 per month plus 15% commission, with a required 3-month commitment.
If you wish to be considered for any opportunities, submissions MUST go through our website or email ONLY. Phone calls, direct messages, or bringing artwork directly to the gallery will not be considered.
Please fill out the Google Doc through the link provided below and you will be added to the queue for review. Artists will be contacted if their work has been accepted and when a space or suitable opportunity becomes available for consideration.

APPLY FOR NOA GIFT SHOP-ARTISANS
If you are an artist with items like prints, cards, hand crafted unique items we have a space for you as well. If you have any work you would like to sell in NOA Gallery and gifts we rent out space for $150 plus 15% commission on a three month basis as space permits. Artisans will be given 6'x 8' wide display space or 16' square foot floor space to display whatever you wish to sell. All submissions must be created by the applying artist and must be hand made.

SOLO FEATURE EXHIBIT or GROUP EXHIBITIONS
NOA Gallery has the space for potential solo shows or group exhibitions. If you are interested in wanting to submit to do either email us with an idea of what yu would like to do and we will see if we can create a space for you in one of our feature gallery spaces. Standard 35% commission rates would apply or the option for a rental of space in lieu of commissions is possible.

APPLY TO PERFORM
Are you a musician or have any other performance you would like to have featured at the NOA Artwalk or within the gallery? Email us with details about what you do including website, Youtube videos, and social media links.
